Job Summary
Sales Executive needed to drive new homes sales for a retirement-focused development; proactively contact interested customers, advise on apartment purchases, and build relationships to ensure a hassle-free move-in. Manage sales targets and budgets, understand the site, and guide customers through the purchase process. Show potential buyers show homes, floor plans, interior offerings, and removal companies. Collaborate with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, Construction, and external partners such as offsite agents and solicitors to progress sales through to completion. Requires excellent customer relationship skills, a proactive sales mindset, ability to work independently, and experience using IT databases. A valid UK driving licence is required for visits to customers away from the site.
