Job Summary
Drive revenue by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through proposing products at optimized pricing levels. Maintain market intelligence on trends and competitor movements to position unique value propositions. Actively prospect to develop a healthy sales pipeline and execute strategic market development initiatives. Conduct on-site inspections and client visits to assess needs, deliver presentations, and propose tailored solutions. Serve as the primary contact for new accounts, resolving complaints and handling queries per policy. Manage administrative workflows including drafting proposals and executing service agreements. Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance for seamless service execution and payment collection. Maintain flexibility for ad-hoc projects and urgent operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2C/& B2B sales, business development, or outdoor sales
- Experience in service industries, pest control, or hygiene
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly agile, resilient, and comfortable conducting hands-on on-site inspections at client premises
- Comfortable utilising modern systems and mobile sales tools to track KPIs
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Own transport for frequent client visits in outstations
- Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to converse in decent clear communication
- Ability to converse in other local dialects
- Commercially focused acumen
