Sales Executive (Chemor)

Job Summary
On-site client inspections and presentations to drive revenue; prospect generation and market development; consultative selling to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions; manage proposals, service agreements, and sales administration; coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure service delivery and payments; adaptable for ad-hoc projects; requires mobility and a valid driver’s license; Malaysia-based, Ipoh/Chemor area, in-person field sales with strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2C and B2B sales
- Outdoor sales experience or field-based selling
- Experience in service industries such as pest control or hygiene is advantageous
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct on-site inspections and client visits
- Ability to draft proposals and execute service agreements
- Comfortable using mobile sales tools and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and transport for client visits
- Multilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
