Job Summary
Sales Executive in Benin, Edo State, Nigeria, leading a field-based Direct Sales Representatives team to hit sales targets and drive financial inclusion. Responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring DSRs, developing local networks, monitoring and analyzing marketing campaigns, managing inventory and audit recommendations, and shaping sales/marketing strategies in collaboration with shop teams and leadership. Delivering strong customer relationships, ensuring operational integrity, and representing M-KOPA’s trusted brand across the market.
Required Qualifications
