Job Summary

Sales Executive role based at Amano McGann’s Orlando, FL branch with relocation to the territory. Drive business development in the designated territory for parking technology solutions (PARCS) by identifying on-street and off-street opportunities, developing strategic plans, leading pursuit and negotiation, and capturing new business. Responsibilities include delivering demonstrations, presentations, designing client-specific proposals, coordinating with Sales/Marketing/Operations, reviewing RFP/RFI, providing market insights, and maintaining CRM reporting. Requires 3-5 years of sales experience, strong communication, IT literacy (Word/Excel/Outlook), ability to read blueprints/site plans/equipment specifications, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work option from home office or branch location; minimal travel within territory and occasional overnight stays.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 year’s related sales experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Able to work in a pressurized environment and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • IT literate competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and smartphone savvy
  • Ability to assimilate complex documentation including blueprints, site plans, equipment specifications or maintenance instructions
