Job Summary
Sales Executive responsible for driving Salama Auto Parts’ market presence in Saudi Arabia by actively visiting workshops, dealers, and retailers to promote products, convert visits into orders, and achieve sales targets. Maintain market coverage and expand share through new accounts while applying product and market knowledge to guide customers on fast-moving SKUs, pricing, margins, and competitive positioning. Build trust-based relationships with mechanics, shop owners, and purchasing managers to secure repeat business. Promote new SKUs (e.g., coolants, radiators) and coordinate with branch sales and logistics to ensure stock availability and timely delivery. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform management decisions and optimize sales strategy.
Required Qualifications
- High school certificate acceptable with proven market experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ outdoor sales experience in automotive spare parts (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of car makes and models and ability to match correct parts.
- Familiarity with fast-moving vs. slow-moving SKUs, pricing structures, and typical trade margins.
- Awareness of competitors’ products, pricing strategies, and promotions.
