Job Summary

Drive Glovo retail media ads sales revenue through partnerships with agencies and FMCG brands, educating agencies on Glovo’s advertising formats, audience insights, and performance metrics. Build and maintain relationships with media agencies and brand advertisers; act as the main point of contact for agencies to ensure smooth collaboration; identify and secure new business opportunities with agencies, FMCG companies, telecom, and other digital-media-focused partners. Analyze campaign performance, provide data-driven insights and reporting to drive repeat business, negotiate contracts, and support negotiations with advertisers. Collaborate with internal teams to expand media offerings, execute campaigns across the Glovo platform, and contribute to achieving company OKRs. Requires 2–3 years in media sales/digital advertising, strong commercial and analytical skills, and proficiency in Georgian and English. The role offers a hybrid remote arrangement in Georgia and a high-growth environment with opportunities for learning and leadership development.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, or business development
  • Background in ad tech or digital media
  • Experience with CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS-based advertising
  • Excellent Georgian and English skills
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
