Job Summary
Sales & Events Manager at HALL Arts Hotel in Dallas leads attainment of sales and revenue goals by soliciting and securing new accounts and servicing clients/groups. Drives growth through prospecting calls, sales tours, client entertainment, and negotiating contracts. Develops effective sales plans, collaborates with marketing and reservations to create campaigns, tracks performance with regular reports, stays informed on market trends, and maintains visibility in the local hospitality community. Requires 3+ years hotel sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, solid organizational ability, ability to work independently or with a team, customer-service orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; must be flexible to weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Hotel Sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office Products
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
