Sales & Events Executive

Job Summary
Sales & Reservations: Manage inquiries, proposals, contracts, and client correspondence; maintain client records in SAP Sales Cloud and coordinate with reservations. Event Coordination & Execution: coordinate bookings from confirmation through post-event follow-up; prepare event orders and liaise with clients to confirm requirements, timelines, and logistics; ensure seamless event delivery with Operations, F&B, Front Office and Kitchen teams; oversee event billing and documentation. Systems & Administration: use Opera Cloud and Opera Sales & Catering; maintain accurate data in SAP Sales Cloud; ensure contracts and invoices are filed. Client Relationship Management: build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies and event organizers; identify upsell opportunities. This role requires experience with hotel sales, events planning, and proficiency in Opera Cloud and SAP Sales Cloud; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel sales, events, or conference coordination experience within a hotel environment.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Hands-on experience using Opera Cloud specifically Sales and Catering.
- Experience using SAP Sales Cloud or a similar CRM/sales management platform.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
