Sales Events Coordinator

Sales Events Coordinator responsible for converting inbound Catering and Private Dining leads into booked events and supporting outbound sales, collaborating with Sales Managers, Event Managers, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and repeat business. Key duties include client consultations to determine scope, budget, and timelines; preparing and presenting proposals, menus, pricing, and contracts; disciplined follow-up to close leads; maintaining client communications in the sales system; and participating in regular team meetings to review pipeline and priorities. The role requires hospitality-focused sales experience, strong leadership and communication with guests and event staff, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and thorough knowledge of food/beverage service, health, sanitation, and licensing ordinances. Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office is required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The position is full-time, 40-50 hours per week with flexible shifts Monday–Friday and nights/weekends based on events. The Herb Box operates three private dining spaces with on-site and off-site catering options, located in Arizona (Phoenix/Scottsdale area). Experience in catering, banquet coordination, or related event roles is preferred; Bachelor’s degree is preferred but High School Diploma is acceptable.”}
