Job Summary
Detail all group business and lead on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships. Work closely with revenue management and marketing to develop strategies maximizing REV/PAR and grow market share. Execute operational aspects of booked business, including generating proposals, writing contracts, managing customer correspondence, and handling billing. Ensure the hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals while tracking cross-sell procedures and attracting new business. You will be assigned additional market segments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
- OPERA PMS & DELPHI experience
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor
- A team-first attitude
