Job Summary

Coordinate agent maintenance activities, including appointments, terminations, status changes, and book of business transfers. Plan and execute sales meetings, conferences, recognition events, and incentive trips by negotiating with vendors, booking travel and lodging, and managing on-site logistics. Monitor event budgets, track expenditures, and oversee procurement of promotional materials while compiling sales reports and incentive data. Develop process improvements and provide operational support to Sales leadership for strategic initiatives. Requires four years of experience in sales operations or event planning, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and occasional travel. Based in the Home Office with a valid Georgia driver's license.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in sales operations, event planning, travel coordination, vendor management, insurance operations, or a related field
  • College degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Experience negotiating with vendors and coordinating meetings, conferences, or corporate events
  • Experience booking business travel, lodging, and event accommodations for large groups
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other business software applications
  • Valid Georgia driver's license
  • Must work in the Home Office; this is not a remote or hybrid position
  • Occasional travel is required to support meetings, conferences, training programs, incentive trips, and sales events
