Job Summary
The Restoration Sales Estimator develops scopes of work for mitigation/restoration projects and delivers detailed estimates to secure restoration work. Responsibilities include educating customers on the process, assessing property damage, ensuring estimates align with client requirements and insurance guidelines, creating accurate sketches and initial scopes of work, producing well-documented estimates using tools like Xactimate, and collaborating with Project Managers and field teams to validate scope, pricing, and production approach. Requires a Bachelors degree (preferred), at least 2 years of related experience, proficiency with Xactimate, strong written and verbal communication, and a valid drivers license with the ability to travel locally. Preferred certifications include IICRC and Xactimate training.
