Duties include building client relationships, lead generation, delivering persuasive presentations, conducting on-site assessments, generating precise estimates to maintain profitability, ensuring smooth handover to production, maintaining records in CRM systems, and staying informed on local market conditions and industry practices. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and estimating skills, proficiency with CRM and Google Workspace, and the ability to manage multiple projects; location in Oahu with remote-work flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or estimating within painting, construction, or related industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other relevant software tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while contributing positively to the team environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Must currently reside on the island of Oahu
- Ability to satisfy background check requirements and pass a standard drug screening
