Job Summary
In-home appointments with homeowners to diagnose foundation and waterproofing issues and present custom solutions using company products; perform thorough inspections, close sales during the appointment, build trust, and maximize opportunities through upsells, add-ons, and referrals; maintain and track activity and performance in the CRM; collaborate with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience; compensation is 100% commission with uncapped earning potential (first-year earnings commonly $80K–$150K+, top performers $200K–$300K+).
Required Qualifications
- Proven in-home sales and closing ability
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Competitive, driven, and motivated by high earning potential
- Self-disciplined with accountability and ownership
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role
- Ability to maximize both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
- Basic computer proficiency; CRM experience preferred
