Job Summary
Enterprise Strategic Account Executive for nonprofits responsible for managing sales activities to exceed revenue objectives, penetrating major accounts within an assigned territory, positioning Blackbaud's software, services and training as a high-end enterprise solution, and collaborating with client success managers to generate additional revenue. You’ll lead planning to penetrate accounts, follow up on leads and RFPs, coordinate demonstrations and proposals, build a robust pipeline and executive relationships, differentiate Blackbaud’s solution through professional services, and travel 10-20% to engage senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in positioning and selling large, complex CRM and/or ERP software solutions
- Knowledge and experience with solution-selling or consultative selling methodology
- Experience selling/navigating a complex sale
- Experience in both acquiring new business and cultivating existing relationships
- A proven track record of consistent over quota achievement within a solutions software vendor
- Entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
- Experience selling into development offices a plus
- Approximately 10% - 20% travel is required
