Job Summary
Conduct technical feasibility studies and budget estimates for new heating network projects, acting as the bridge between developers, municipalities, and contractors. Design, calculate, and configure technical solutions while performing building surveys to determine indoor piping and installations. Present proposals effectively to stakeholders and maintain a network of partnerships to drive network expansion. Work within the Engineering team on projects ranging from individual connections to full residential districts. Requires HBO degree, relevant technical experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring met warmte/koude, inpandige installaties, ondergrondse infra
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, of als calculator/ werkvoorbereider/ engineer
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Rijbewijs B
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
