Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer (m/f/d) with strong technical skills in hydraulic, electrical, mechanical systems, Isobus and GNSS for Trimble Ag solutions. Remote in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia or Hungary; focus region east of the area (PL, CZ, SK, HU) and cooperation with a regional sales team. Primary responsibilities include presales support coordinating between Trimble, partners and customers on technical product aspects; serve as technical point of contact for OEMs and Enterprise accounts; support partner demonstrations and special project validation; participate in marketing activities such as shows and events; adapt product information to regional needs; gather market feedback and report needs to Trimble; provide technical training for distribution partners; participate in Advanced Release Program for new products; travel ~50% of the time. Requires 2-3 years minimum in the Ag machinery sector, good understanding of farming machinery, strong technical skills (hydraulic, electricity, mechanic, Isobus, GNSS), fluent English, excellent communication, organized, accurate, and a team player in a multinational environment.
