Job Summary
Conduct direct sales to Original Equipment Manufacturers and industrial distributors within the Southern/Central California territory. Travel approximately 50% of the time to meet customer needs. Complete a six-month training program at corporate headquarters in Oxford, Connecticut, focusing on bearing products, applications, selling methods, and communication techniques. Visit several divisions throughout the United States as part of the onboarding process. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or Business, strong mechanical aptitude, and initiative driven by social and interpersonal skills.
