Conduct direct sales to Original Equipment Manufacturers and industrial distributors within a designated territory, traveling approximately 50% of the time. Complete a comprehensive six-month training program at corporate headquarters in Oxford, Connecticut, covering bearing products, applications, selling methods, and communication techniques, which includes visits to various divisions across the United States. After training, manage a sales territory and home base while leveraging strong mechanical aptitude and interpersonal skills to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
