Job Summary
Sales Engineer to drive sales growth and long-term business expansion for memory test solutions in Korea. Role combines strategic sales execution, business development, and close customer engagement with Tier-1 memory customers in Korea, while collaborating with global teams. Responsibilities include end-to-end sales process management, opportunity qualification, forecasting, quoting, booking, leading design-in opportunities with memory accounts, developing sales strategies aligned with product roadmaps, positioning product value propositions against competitors, coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Global teams, identifying new opportunities, and gathering customer/market insights to support roadmap discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Computer Science or related discipline acceptable)
- 5 ~15 years of experience in sales or business development within the semiconductor / memory / ATE industry
- Hands-on experience in global company sales environments with understanding of sales back-end processes (forecasting, quoting, booking)
- Proven strategic business development experience beyond short-term quota execution
- Solid tester / ATE domain knowledge gained through sales, applications, product, or engineering experience
- Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Experience managing Tier-1 memory accounts in Korea is a strong plus
- Prior experience in SSD Storage-related sales is strongly preferred
- Strong ability to engage customers on both technical and business discussions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
