Job Summary
Develop strategic partnerships with key account customers to create business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Coordinate internal teams and resources to solve customer problems, fulfill demands, and address business needs while building strong relationships across all organizational levels. Create commercial proposals to win competitions and increase market share through the strategic sales process. This role requires a BS/MS in EE or engineering background with at least 8 years in semiconductor test engineering or front-end equipment sales, strong communication skills, and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years working experience in semiconductor test engineering or front-end equipment sales experience
- Capability in leadership and team work
- Good command in English
Desired Qualifications
- BS/MS in EE is preferred or Engineering related
