Job Summary
Senior Solutions Engineer responsible for delivering tailored technical demonstrations and business value to enterprise customers. Owns discovery sessions, solution design, and POV/POC/pilot engagements; collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction. Develops proposals and technical documentation, responds to RFx with compelling technical responses, and enables the sales team through deep technical storytelling. Requires strong knowledge of IT environments, SaaS tools (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, Observability), APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud computing, security protocols, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in German and English. Travel up to 30% and hybrid work arrangement in Berlin and München, Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including endpoint management, remote connectivity, and DEX platforms
- Experience with SaaS applications such as RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, and Observability tools
- Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud computing, and security protocols
- Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
- Excellent communication skills in German & English
