Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with consulting engineers throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton markets while supporting customers with equipment selection, application guidance, and technical solutions. Promote industry-leading manufacturers through specification selling and technical presentations, collaborating with manufacturers, contractors, and engineering firms throughout the design process. Attend customer meetings, networking events, manufacturer training programs, and industry conferences to manage assigned engineering accounts and expand EAP's presence within the engineering community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Ability to travel throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton markets
Desired Qualifications
- experience in HVAC design, consulting engineering, application engineering, mechanical systems, or a related technical field
- HVAC industry knowledge and familiarity with equipment selection
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and CRM systems
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and responsiveness
