Sales Engineer- Smart Building Systems

Job Summary
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Smart Building Systems across commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors. Identify new business opportunities and promote solutions including Building Management Systems, Home Automation, Guest Room Management, Lighting Control, and EV Chargers. Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and system integrators while conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with engineering teams. Monitor project progress and maintain sales pipelines using CRM tools. Requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 3+ years of sales experience in the UAE/GCC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Smart Building Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Home Automation (HA), Guest Room Management System (GRMS), Lighting Control System (LCS) & EV Charger within the UAE/GCC
- Strong understanding of tendering, techno-commercial proposals, and contract negotiations
