Sales Engineer

Job Summary
Sales Engineer in the Netherlands responsible for driving sales within the territory, proactively calling on leads, developing opportunities, and delivering technical demonstrations and proposals. Acts as liaison between Mastercam, sales partners, and customers, providing sales engineering support and ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting. Maintains Salesforce CRM updates, conducts market development for the region, attends events, and travels up to 50% as required. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (or equivalent sales experience), 3-5 years in technical sales, and fluency in Dutch and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent proven technical sales experience
- 3-5 years of successful sales achievement within a technical sales position
- Proven experience qualifying, quoting and managing the technical sales cycle
- Experience with technical software CAD/CAM tools is advantageous
- Fluency in Dutch and English
