Job Summary
Secure new clients and maintain existing relationships by visiting sites regularly and providing impeccable advice on HVAC systems. Assist in design according to client specifications, generate quotes, and close deals to drive business growth for the Ipswich branch. Leverage expertise in refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers, and AHUs to forge strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors. Manage large budgets and resources with high commercial awareness while delivering continuous customer service. The role offers a generous wage with bonus opportunities, a company car, and 25 days holiday.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales background in refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers and / or AHU's
- Customer relationship management experience within the industry
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of a wide range of systems
- High financial and commercial awareness with the ability to manage large budgets and resources
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge strong business relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues and contractors
- A thorough understanding of and ability to deliver outstanding and continuous customer service
- Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office 365
