Job Summary
Power Sales Engineer at Sager Electronics responsible for identifying, developing, and securing power supply, thermal, and battery opportunities across the Dallas–Fort Worth region and broader North Texas, Oklahoma, Northern Louisiana, and Arkansas. Partner with customers from design through production to win new business; qualify inbound leads; collaborate with local sales teams on design opportunities; deliver product updates and emerging technology insights; capture design registrations and design wins; build relationships with rep groups and manufacturer representatives; share market intelligence with leadership; participate in technical training; contribute to regional growth strategies; ensure exceptional customer experience; manage territory and time effectively; complete CRM-based reporting; meet or exceed sales goals. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience selling power solutions, with strong understanding of the power supply market, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with CRM tools.
