Job Summary
Sales Engineer responsible for driving growth in power supply opportunities across the assigned New England region. You will partner with customers from design through production to win new business, qualify power system opportunities, collaborate with local sales and supplier networks, manage design registrations/wins, build relationships with rep groups, share market insights, and contribute to regional growth plans. You’ll deliver product updates and technical insights, participate in training, maintain CRM data, meet sales goals, and represent the company with professionalism while working within ITAR constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience selling power solutions
- Experience supporting customers through the power supply selection process
- Strong communication, negotiation, and listening skills
- Proficiency with standard business and CRM tools
- Ability to quickly become a product expert across multiple suppliers
- Strong organizational and territory management abilities
