Sales Engineer, Poultry, EMEA

Coordinate the full quotation and order process, including budget monitoring, for projects ranging from €200K to €8M. Translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions by collaborating with Industry Sales Managers, Account Managers, and global agents. Manage end-to-end delivery from initial discussion to final installation, working closely with innovation, layout, and installation teams to create tailor-made solutions. Develop compelling proposals that lead to successful deals while building strong internal networks to access the right information and expertise. This role involves managing projects with a direct impact on food production worldwide, requiring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to switch gears quickly under pressure.
