Job Summary
Conduct drilling application analysis and deliver high-level technical support to oil and gas operators, optimizing drilling programs through detailed performance studies. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to innovate PDC drill bit designs, recommend product modifications, and communicate new features to customers. Identify new business opportunities by providing on-site technical support to rig personnel, attending customer meetings, and representing the company at industry events. Maintain detailed records of interactions while adhering to safety protocols in the Hub environment, which includes exposure to outdoor weather, loud noise, and moving mechanical parts.
