Sales Engineer Pakistan

Sales Engineer role in Pakistan with a remote setup for Doka MEA. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities in the territory, independently developing both new and existing accounts, presenting and selling products and services with clear, well-supported arguments, conducting needs analysis, delivering value-based solutions, and working toward and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Maintain CRM records, build and maintain strong client relationships through regular outreach (site visits and head office), resolve customer issues to maximize satisfaction, manage credit-related interactions, coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments, provide management with reports on customer needs and opportunities, and continuously improve performance and processes. Requires a background in civil engineering and deep knowledge of the formwork industry, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic, and the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Pakistan.
