Job Summary
Sales Engineer (North Region) provides technical solutions and pre-sales support to architects, engineers and contractors in the Indian market. The role involves driving sales by delivering on-site technical guidance, training customers on product features and installation, developing consultative selling strategies, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance product knowledge and brand presence in the region. The position requires travel within the country and a strong customer-centric approach to help specifiers and end users choose Leviat brand products for safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Civil / Building Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Relevant working experience in related fields such as sales, construction, and building materials
- Exposure to a multinational culture / work environment
- An active sales hunter who is pragmatic, results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to think both strategically and operationally
- Technical product knowledge in building materials / construction accessories, with a wide network of contractors, consultants, and engineers
- Excellent communication skills, with the flexibility and adaptability to liaise with and manage stakeholders at all levels within the organization
- Great attitude, with the ability to embrace every situation with enthusiasm and a customer-centric approach
- Travel and mobility flexibility within the country
- High level of integrity, ethics, and compliance with Leviat policies and related laws, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and intellectual property of products and services
