Job Summary
Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager responsible for meeting revenue and gross margin targets for OSM’s Systems Product lines (Automated Optical Inspection and Acoustic Microscopy) in Mexico and the South America region. Manages direct accounts (OEMs) and channel partners to optimize revenue; coordinates with distributors and manufacturers’ representatives; conducts technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and channel partners; develops new business opportunities, prepares quotations, and delivers sales forecasts. Coordinates product demonstrations and evaluations, conducts training for customers and partners, and provides feedback to product management and engineering. Requires hands-on technical sales ability, proficiency with CRM tools, travel up to ~80% regionally, fluency in English and Spanish, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above (engineering or scientific degree preferred)
- 5-8 year's experience in a similar technical sales role with business development experience a plus
