Job Summary
Provide technical consulting for customers in the construction aggregate and minerals processing industries; act as a trusted technical advisor for quarry, mine, and plant managers; manage and optimize crushing, screening, washing, wear parts, and process flow; balance proactive sales growth with long-term customer performance; operate in outdoor, industrial, and safety-focused environments with approximately 50% regional travel; includes company-paid medical benefits, relocation assistance, ESOP, and a base salary with quarterly/annual bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience (Mechanical or Mining preferred)
- 3–10 years of experience in the aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial equipment sectors
- Strong technical comprehension of crushers, screens, conveyors, and material flow
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from operators to ownership
