Job Summary
Provide technical consulting for quarry/mining operations, acting as a trusted advisor to plant and operations managers. Manage and optimize crushing, screening, washing, wear parts, and material flow for customers while balancing proactive sales growth with long-term account performance. Travel approximately 50% regionally to engage with customers on-site in outdoor, industrial, and safety-focused environments. Candidate should have an engineering degree or equivalent experience (Mechanical or Mining preferred) with 3–10 years in aggregates/mining/heavy industrial equipment, plus strong knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors, and material flow. Excellent cross-level communication skills are required. Relocation assistance, company vehicle, ESOP, 401k, health benefits, and vacation are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience (Mechanical or Mining preferred)
- 3–10 years of experience in the aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial equipment sectors
- Strong technical comprehension of crushers, screens, conveyors, and material flow
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels, from operators to ownership
