Job Summary
Sales Engineer at a remote US-based team serving as the technical expert in the sales process. Design and present tailored solutions leveraging AI automation to address client challenges; deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs-of-value to prospects; translate complex technical concepts into business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to tailor solutions, respond to technical RFPs/RFIs, conduct discovery sessions, and support post-sales handoff. Recruit, enable, and support Kognitos’ Channel Partners. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (preferred) and strong technical background with experience in Python and APIs or automation platforms; prior pre-sales tech roles and startup experience a plus.
