Job Summary
Sales Engineer role in an AI company sits at the intersection of technical pre-sales, solution design, and content creation. You will build and maintain live product demos for high-value enterprise use cases, create technical marketing assets (solution briefs, one-pagers, battle cards, ROI tools), develop interactive demos and technical landing pages, and translate customer pain points into scalable AI workflow solutions. You will lead technical discovery sessions for strategic enterprise opportunities, run product demonstrations, support proof-of-concept engagements, and contribute to RFP responses and technical evaluations, collaborating with senior stakeholders including CTOs, CDOs, and commercial leadership. The role emphasizes technical problem solving combined with commercial storytelling and GTM support across regulated industries such as life sciences, financial services, and supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales Consultant within AI, analytics, or enterprise SaaS
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building demos or prototypes using Python, APIs, or LLM tooling
- Commercial awareness and understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- Experience working within at least one regulated or enterprise-focused industry such as life sciences, pharma, financial services, or supply chain
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
