Sales Engineer – HVAC (DX & VRF Systems)

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales, focusing on DX and VRF systems. Responsibilities include business development to secure new opportunities, acting as a technical advisor, performing heat load estimations, preparing preliminary designs, managing proposals, and building relationships with MEP consultants and contractors. Candidates should have strong application engineering skills, knowledge of HVAC design principles, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HVAC sales
- Strong background in Application Engineering
- Basic knowledge of HVAC design principles
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Existing network with local MEP consultants and contractors
- Experience transitioning from an Application/Pre-sales role into Field Sales
