Job Summary
Drive new business in the axle segment of the NAFTA automotive market by promoting automation solutions and expanding the company’s presence. Visit customer sites to define automation concepts and opportunities, collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, manage key accounts, and achieve annual sales targets. The role emphasizes developing customer relationships, sales strategies, and a strategic, self-driven, customer-focused mindset with leadership responsibilities and a significant travel requirement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience selling custom automation solutions
- Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Leadership ability
- Axle experience strongly preferred
- Experience in systems integration / automation environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to develop and close new business
- Strategic, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic & international)
