Job Summary
Sales Engineer focused on the technical pre-sales role for a multi-location SaaS platform. Lead discovery conversations, translate client needs into tailored platform demos and solution proposals, and own the technical thread from first call through close. Design and propose solutions including integrations and custom workflows for complex enterprise, franchise, and multi-location clients; manage POC evaluations and responses to RFIs/RFPs. Surface client feedback and market trends to Product and Engineering, and partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding post-sale. Strong experience with digital marketing ecosystems (ad platforms, campaign management, analytics) and software implementations; comfortable presenting to executive and operations teams. Remote role with base in New York market.
