Sales Engineer (English & French Speaking)

Sales Engineer to support the mid-market, enterprise, and eCommerce sales teams for Sectigo’s certificate lifecycle management (CLM) solutions. The role combines direct customer engagement with technical enablement, including technical demonstrations, PoC initiatives, and tailored communications for technical and executive audiences. Responsibilities include assisting with PoCs, RFPs/RFIs, developing technical documentation, collecting customer feedback for product improvements, collaborating with channel partners and cross-functional teams, maintaining demo and lab environments, preparing customized demo content, and contributing to cross-functional projects with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering (or equivalent work experience), 6+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years in pre-sales/solution engineering), knowledge of PKI, SSL/TLS, web infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), networking concepts, scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash), and strong communication skills in English and French. Travel up to 35% is required. The position is full-time and remote, based in the greater London area or the UK.
