Job Summary
Grow market share for Emerson FLMC Motion Control solutions by developing and strengthening relationships with existing direct key accounts. Identify, acquire, and develop new key accounts within the assigned territory, with a strong focus on OEMs and System Integrators. Analyze customer objectives to provide technical consultation and customer-specific solutions. Deliver product and solution presentations to support new business development. Travel to customer sites to present proposals, provide technical support, and resolve application-related challenges. Conduct product and application training sessions for key accounts to enhance capability and engagement. Maintain high technical knowledge in motion control applications, including pneumatic systems and electric motion control. Gather market intelligence related to customer needs, technology trends, and competitive activities. Represent Emerson professionally and ethically. Prepare sales, visit reports, and forecasts in a timely manner. Plan and execute quality customer visits independently to build a healthy opportunity pipeline.
