Job Summary
As part of the sales team, the Sales Engineer provides technical and application support for Enertech products, primarily focusing on mechanical and hydraulic equipment for the commercial nuclear power industry. Responsibilities include reviewing customer proposals, providing technical solutions, estimating costs and lead times, assisting in writing technical business proposals, maintaining historical records, and traveling to support sales efforts. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, particularly with nuclear industry applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other related technical discipline
- 3 – 7 years of related experience with mechanical equipment (application or sales engineering)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
- Creative problem solving and analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using data management tools (Power BI or other)
