Job Summary
Sales Engineer to be the primary point of contact for customers in the assigned territory, collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers, and drive value-based solutions. Responsibilities include defining and executing a Performance Optimization Plan for the territory, engaging in value-added sales interactions, identifying new business opportunities, providing expert technical support and best-practice product usage recommendations, achieving/exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while aligning with company goals. Required skills include strong sales presentation capabilities, relationship-building, excellent communication, CRM proficiency, negotiation, and a track record in industrial equipment sales. Travel up to 50-70% is expected.

- Proven track record in sales and meeting sales targets
- Ability to travel by car or plane up to 50-70% of the time
- Experienced with CRMs
