Job Summary
Sales Engineer at Johnson Controls focused on driving sales of Fire Control Security solutions (CFS) to new and existing customers. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, developing tailored CFS solutions, delivering compelling presentations/proposals, conducting site visits/audits, utilizing CRM to track interactions and forecasts, collaborating with engineering/technical teams to ensure feasibility and compliance, and building long-term customer relationships while meeting sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Above 5-years working experience as sales/marketing position in direct selling for CFS solutions in construction/building market
- Proficiency in English (written & oral)
- Computer literate (MS-Excel, MS-Word); CAD is an advantage
- Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions
- Experience with CRM software and managing sales forecasts
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship management skills
- Proactive team player with problem-solving skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
