Job Summary
Sales Engineer in Central Italy (Lazio) responsible for defining the regional sales budget, driving turnover and margins, implementing sales strategies and campaigns, developing new applications, managing projects, and providing technical-commercial support to OEM/MRO customers. The role involves acquiring new customers, presenting Schaeffler products and services, using CRM for reporting, performing strategic account planning and territory development, and maintaining senior-level customer relationships through consultative selling. Requires a Degree in Industrial Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, English proficiency, CRM proficiency, willingness to travel (including abroad), and an independent, results-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Experience in selling mechanical / power transmission components to OEM / MRO customers
- Experience in Defense field
- Experience in Chemical, Pharma field as a plus
- Good knowledge of English language
- Proficient in CRM applications
- Availability to travel, possible also abroad
- Minimum 5 years of experience as account manager, application engineer, business development
- Proven customer network
- Ability to work independently and by objectives
- Strong results orientation
- Attitude to innovation
