Job Summary
Sales Operations Engineer serving as a vital link between the sales team and the supporting technology infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system optimization that drive revenue. Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional Edition environment and related tech stack, monitoring dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and enabling automation. Collaborates with sales, marketing, and account management to align efforts, qualify opportunities, and manage leads, contacts, and accounts in CRM, schedule discovery calls and solution demonstrations, and support pipeline management. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, with Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Platform Developer II certifications; strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related discipline
- 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
