Job Summary
Sales Engineer to engage with dealers and support field sales by conducting product demonstrations, responding to proposals, and providing technical training. Will manage their own home test lab for Brivo products, develop BOMs for projects, deliver pre-sales and technical training, and travel to support resellers and end users. Requires 5+ years in physical security or pre-sales technical roles, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proficiency with CRM and Google Workspace, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% with a valid passport.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as a pre-sales technical professional or relevant field experience selling, installing, or programming Brivo systems
- Experience in physical security or access control
- Proficiency with CRM, Google Workspace, and design tools
- Experience crafting responses to RFIs and RFPs
- Ability to deliver product demonstrations to dealers and end users (virtual and in-person)
- Experience in creating a bill of materials (BOM)
- Proficiency in delivering pre-sales and technical training content
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 kg
- Willingness to travel 50%-75% (including outside the assigned territory)
- Passport holder or valid passport required
