Job Summary

Sales Engineer responsible for all product-related aspects of the sales cycle, including discovery calls, requirements gathering, demos, proof-of-concepts, and RFP/RFI responses, while collaborating with the Sales team to drive bookings targets across AudienceView products. Must design and document client solutions, maintain demo-ready accounts, produce demo flows and videos, and contribute to sales collateral and collateral reviews. Requires strong presentation and communication skills, experience translating business needs into technical solutions, and familiarity with CRM/sales-enablement tools. Remote-first environment with opportunities to work from Canada, the USA, the UK, and Chile.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar client-facing pre-sales role
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence in public speaking
  • Experience running discovery calls and translating business needs into solutions
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, sales-driven environment with shared targets
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Loopio, Salesloft, Seismic, Navattic or similar
  • Nice to Have: Understanding of business operations in ticketing, entertainment, or events
  • Exposure to SaaS environments and mid-market sales cycles
  • Remote-work readiness
